Adult Psychiatric Evaluation – 60 Minutes
$150
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation or extended follow-up appointment
for adults. Most new adult patients begin with this visit.
Adult Medication Management – 30 Minutes
$75
Medication management and routine psychiatric follow-up care for
established adult patients.
Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Evaluation – 60 Minutes
$200
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation or extended follow-up appointment
for children and adolescents.
Child & Adolescent Medication Management – 30 Minutes
$100
Medication management and routine psychiatric follow-up care for
established children and adolescents.
New Self-Pay Patients
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required when scheduling
your first appointment. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your
initial 60-minute psychiatric evaluation.
